Design Process
Creativity is intrinsic to our design process. We mindfully design the impact we want to create with each and every project.
We have a non-linear and research-based approach for all our projects. We try to comprehend the necessities of the end users and what they would want in a certain space and then develop our design around that. We also firmly believe that no two projects are the same and each project demands a different approach.
Design and construction is a radical and fast changing process which involves in-depth knowledge of new materials, new technologies, upcoming construction practices, evolving design standards to name a few. The team at Studio-Melange acknowledges this fact and always strives for excellence in all aspects of design.
Sustainability, Innovation and Technology are our core values and we constantly and consciously make efforts to inculcate all these ideals in all our designs. We desire to design spaces that resonate with the vernacular physical and cultural context of the site. ROHIT KHAITAN, Founder and CEO
A third-generation entrepreneur and seeker, Rohit Khaitan has worked in several verticals like automobile design, building design, software solutions and Real estate development. He has keen interest in design and photography. He is a visionary who likes to explore different possibilities and ways to innovate.
He is from Commerce and Law College, Delhi University and has done several management courses and training programs from reputed Institutions like IIM (A) and others. He has done his schooling from St. Michael’s High School, Patna and Delhi Public School, RK Puram, New Delhi. He has been awarded twice by the President of India for meritorious work.

Our Team comprises highly accomplished Architects, creative Interior Designers, and experienced Engineers having decades of experience and understanding.
The core team is supported by the technical team which includes specialists in the following disciplines: Planning, Civil Engineering, Cost Estimation, Specifications, Project Coordinators.
